Ordering of School Uniform
Parents must order online directly from the supplier, Price & Buckland.
Please note that there are two delivery options for uniform orders placed through the web portal:Delivery to your home address for £2.50 (delivery takes around a week from order)Delivery to the school for you to collect, free-of-charge.
- Please note that orders are delivered to the school only once a month, on the second Monday of the month. Orders must be placed by the first Monday of the month at the latest to meet this delivery slot (i.e. one week before delivery).
Samples are available in-school for sizing purposes. Please enquire at the school office for this service.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Unfortunately, due to security reasons we are unable to process orders over the phone, although we are happy to guide you through the online ordering system.
I cannot find the item-size that I'm looking for?
In the first instance, please contact your school as it may be we don’t supply the item you are looking for. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team on 0115 964 0827 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org?
Can I order for two children together?
Of course, if both the children attend the same school. If your children attend different schools you will need to set up two accounts using two different e-mail addresses or contact us to amend your registration details.
What happens once I've placed my order?
If you have chosen a personal address, your order will be dispatched once you have received confirmation e-mail within 5 days of you placing your order. You will then receive an e-mail and SMS from Royal Mail with your orders tracking information.
If you have chosen delivery into your school your order will be included with the next scheduled delivery. Direct to school deliveries are made on the 2nd and last Monday of each month*
*excluding school holidays
Why has my order not been dispatched yet?
Deliveries to personal addresses should be dispatched within 5 working days, however at peak times of the year* deliveries may take longer. We will always endeavor to inform you of any changes to delivery times.
Can my order be amended, cancelled or added to?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order once it has been processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0115 964 0827 and we will aim to accommodate your request.
Can I exchange items from my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style, you will need to return the item to us in its original packaging and in a new/unused condition for a full refund. You will then need to replace the order with the new size or style.
Please note it is your responsibility to cover any postage fees.
I would like to return items from my order for a refund, how do I do this?
