Tuesday 19th April is National Allocation Day for children entering primary school for the first time.
On this long anticipated day, primary school offers will be sent to parents and carers of young children around the country. It’s a very exciting time for everyone in primary education, and for all the young families introducing their young ones to their first year of primary school.
Every September, we have the privilege of welcoming a whole host of excited new faces to school life. To make sure that no family ends up disappointed as the new school year approaches, we’d like to encourage parents and carers to accept their offer of a place at our school as soon as they are able.
The deadline for accepting offers in Reading is 2nd May. For more information, see the page on the council website here: https://brighterfuturesforchildren.org/for-parents-carers/schools/primary-admissions/
At St Mary and All Saints, your child will benefit from spacious, modern facilities, and extensive wooded school grounds. Our school has a Church of England foundation, and we strongly emphasise the importance of good manners, respect for the opinions and beliefs of others, and the celebration of diversity within our whole school community.
The early school years are very important for every child. We place a strong emphasis on making sure each child is given the support they need to successfully adapt to school life, no matter the different challenges they may face.
If your child has been offered a place at our school, you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you accept your offer and let us know. We can’t wait to meet you and your child in September!
